Payment methods:  We accept payment via PayPal (ID - parchmentpress@aol.com) and checks or money orders.  Please send payments to the address above.

Shipping:  $3.00 for the first book, $0.50 for each additional book up to a maximum of $5.00.  Books are shipped media mail.  If you prefer priority mail, please contact us for pricing.

Returns:  If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it in original condition for a full refund of the purchase price less postage.

Booksellers:  We offer wholesale discounts to booksellers.  Please contact us for pricing and terms.  Please note that we can no longer receive Purchase Orders via fax, but you may email them as PDF files.

Contacting us:

We are a home-based business, so we don't keep regular business hours.  Since we only have one phone line, we answer our phone with a simple "Hello?" - so please don't think you have the wrong number!  If you get our answering machine, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we can.
